Spring break! Woot! Um, except for the two novels I have to read, the paper I have to write, and the lesson plan I have to plan. Uh. Spring Catch-Up-On-Work Week, anyway....

Since I have hopefully convinced
rowdycamels to watch this show, and she is completely unspoiled, I'll start cutting my ramblings.
- I have mixed emotions about deep government conspiracy plotlines. On the one hand, the intricacies are interesting to learn and speculate about. On the other hand, X-Files proved how very tiring they can be as a viewer--the protagonists are always, always being pushed back to square one whenever they make any kind of advances toward uncovering/publicizing the conspiracies, because of course the conspirators are so much more powerful. It's such an unfair fight that's painful to watch.
- I'm not Talia's biggest fan. Despite Ivanova's claim that she's "an interesting person," I think she's kinda whiny, and I don't trust her. Plus, I feel certain she's going to break poor Susan's heart, and that predisposes me to hate a character.
- I LOVE TIMOV! I knew practically from the beginning that Londo was going to keep her, and had a pretty good idea of the reasons, but that was a fun plotline nevertheless. She's awesome. Snaaaaaaaark!
- I now have to go find fic that fills in all the missing girly scenes between Ivanova and Delenn. Ahahahahaha. The curlers were hilarious. The cramps at the end were even more hilarious. BWAH!

You'd think she might have escaped that, at least.
