Took me a minute to figure out what the explanation meant, but it was worth it when I did. At that brightness, it looks like Andromeda's about to come crashing into our atmosphere!

I know! I had no idea it was so big from here--I'd always figured pictures of it were magnified several hundred times. Wow!
