Seriously? A freeze watch tomorrow (well, tonight)? Seriously? Come on. It's October! It's not even the end of October! Last week it was in the eighties, and now it's struggling to hit 50 and freezing. What is this?
Mine too! Well, okay, I have two closets in my bedroom, and it's in the one where you have to shut the bedroom door to get at it rather than the one that stays open all the time, but the principle applies.
I'm less annoyed about winter coming so soon than I am about not having a fall in between summer and winter.
I enjoy you the closet. Mine are in bags, I think. Argh.
*sigh* I was told we'd had a perfect summer to prepare for a truly spectacular fall. It had better happen. I want my pretty leaves and cool fall breezes.

There was two to three inches of snow at my parents' house on Friday. They sent me an impressive picture. Friends have seen a few flakes here and I've gotten out my winter coat.
We had freeze advisories already at the beginning of the month. It's also snowed a few times, though nothing stuck around.
Of course, that *is* kind of autumn in Wisconsin - we get tons of pretty leaves, but after a warmish (like temps in the 60s, maybe hitting 70s every once in awhile) week or two right when they are starting to change, things get pretty cold rather fast. Yesterday's high temp was 45.
