Another Gundalicious entry with Hermione. (That sounds like a really bad collection of band names.) Apparently they're going to work on the Mather network connection between 5 and 7 PM tonight. I love how they tell us that we need to leave our computers on at those hours BY E-MAIL. Let's think about this: you have a dorm where most of the residents aren't connected to the network and have extremely sporadic access to e-mail via public computer labs, and you tell them something this important through e-mail. Does this make any sense?
*beats head against wall*
Anyway. Please excuse spelling errors here, 'cause I'm not such a big fan of the iBook keyboard. Typing over break this weekend will be interesting, since while Hermione is coming home with me, I can't fit my keyboard into my duffel bag or my backpack. The mouse, however, is still travelling. 'Cause trackpads and me don't get along at all. But I still mean to type out another potential three-page thing for the fiction workshop application. This one's gonna be about iced tea. (Which I made this weekend! It came out almost like what I wanted, too--not quite sweet enough, though. Then again, I was using a cereal bowl to heat the water and a plastic apple juice jug for a pitcher, so I figure I did pretty good for myself.)
Am still insanely excited about coming home. *bounces* Hey,
fiara, since I'm gonna get Mr. Brown's e-mail address at the book festival, do you want me to e-mail it to you? Speaking of him, there's an article in the Tennessean about him--here's the link.)

And rest assured that you will be mentioned in the author's notes. Probably with lots of curses attached, but you'll definitely be in there.
