Tonight's Warehouse 13
Sep. 7th, 2010 09:11 pmI kind of forgot to watch last week, but luckily they rerun the previous episode right before the new one, so I had a double feature. OF AWESOME.
Seriously, WHERE is the HG/Myka fic? 'Cause there needs to be some. They have the most chemistry of any potential pairing on this show, and it is IMPRESSIVE. I think even Artie noticed. ('Cause Myka called her Helena!) And although I think HG was probably just checking her pulse, it sure looked like she was holding Myka's hand there for a moment when Myka and Pete were in the time machine. Plus in last week's episode, the bit where Myka knew HG slipped the tracker into her pocket? YES.
Plus, HG is just SUPER COOL as a character even without the awesome femslashy UST. She builds mental time machines! She writes books! She kicks ass! She saves people by swooping in with self-designed grappling hooks! She has a painful past! Yeah, if you couldn't tell, she's totally hitting a lot of my bulletproof character kinks, so although I know it's probably in vain, I hope the "one team member does not survive" in the preview doesn't refer to her. I want her around as a member of the team for a long time, like for the rest of the show's lifespan.
(Actually, what I think is going to happen is that she "dies" next week, but not really, 'cause she's running some kind of not entirely good, not entirely bad long game. But anyway.)

I maybe a bit cynical here, but I will take it even if that's their reasoning.
