OMG OMG! *runs around flailing* I freaking love introducing people to this band. It is seriously one of my joys in life. I love their "chamber folk" sound, and their lyrics are just beautifully wrought.
Anyway. Okay, so they have three albums out and some assorted covers and one-offs, all of which are well-represented on Grooveshark if you do a search for the band name. To start with, I would suggest Half Acre, which you may have heard in a series of Liberty Mutual commercials over the past couple years. It's by far their most famous song, and definitely the most Hemmish.
I could do this all day, but I'll stop here. I have run into only one song from them that I dislike ("The Pills Stopped Working") because it was just too far over to the "country" end of the spectrum.

One of my very favorites is Pacific Street, which is achingly gorgeous. Great Houses of New York is similarly lovely. Redwing and He Came to Meet Me are more upbeat, but equally beautiful.
