*SNORT* [livejournal.com profile] anthropomor_fic is the funniest thing ever. Qualitative/Quantitative ship. Hee.

In other news, Clarvoe was sick, so no poetry class today. (She muttered something about a make-up class at some point, though. Hmmm.) Would've done something fun, except instead I was a good little student and read more of The Last September, then went to Bio in Sci-Fi. That is such an English class. I love it. We had a nice little debate over why so many SF novels present these technologically advanced societies that are also incredibly feudal, then watched part of The Voyage Home (the fourth Trek movie) from when Spock figures out the sounds are whalesong through when he's swimming with George and Gracie in the tank. Heh. Much amused, we were. Go geeks!

And in other other news, at some point this week--I think it's today--it's beta-reader appreciation day. So thank you to all my betas over the years. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] spockette and [livejournal.com profile] tarzanic for reading basically everything I've written in the past year or so, especiallyt eh Stargate and Farscape stuff. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] shaye, [livejournal.com profile] toagathon, [livejournal.com profile] nickless, [livejournal.com profile] cybermathwitch, [livejournal.com profile] alethialia, and anyone else I've inadvertently forgotten who has betaed for me over the years. You are all awesome, and I love you dearly. *hugs betas*

*hugs Becca back*

Oh, btw, you should be getting email from me soon - Steph is a moron and DISABLED our anti-virus program so she could download some screensaver that, you guessed it, had a virus. Gee, maybe that's why Norton wouldn't let her install it... *sigh* Is all fixed now, thankfully.

Oh, dude, you'll never guess what. I'm writing ENTERPRISE FIC. *shudders violently* This is way, way, way bad, but dammit, it's Trek! It's too easy to just fall back into the fandom, and Muse *thwaps the wench* keeps siccing plot bunnies on me. *screams*
