I'm getting Norgol flashbacks.

BoP finale-spoilery tweet from Jeri Ryan.
At least she understands? I can just imagine everyone involved cringing when they read that script.
Speaking of BoP, The Good Wife moves to Sundays next season, so maybe they won't split the audience next year (though Parenthood is still competing with it, and CBS is airing a new series about a female cop with an eidetic memory). I can hope, anyway.
I hear that Lawrence Kaplow is going to start writing and producing for the show next season. He was last found on House (here's a list of his episodes). House fans, is he any good?

Finally, here is a spoilery picture and description of a scene from the third episode of Rizzoli & Isles's second season. It's kind of adorable. I still haven't actually, you know, watched the show since early last season, but I occasionally keep up with the fic for it, as I am a huge sucker for partnershippy femslash, and really, that picture is cute as hell.

Date: 2011-05-20 03:59 am (UTC)Also, you gave up on Bones cause of the baby thing (among other stuff)? It is probably a good thing you left when you did.
(highlight the next few lines if you so desire - I know you don't care much, but I shall spoiler save any for anyone who reads the comments)
If it weren't for that, though, you might've rather like this episode. :)

Date: 2011-05-20 10:17 pm (UTC)I HEARD about the Bones finale! I think my jaw dropped to the floor when I did. I still don't buy that Brennan is in any way capable of raising a child, even with Booth's help, unless they've made her way, way more normal in the past couple years (which from all reports they have not).

Date: 2011-05-21 01:22 am (UTC)They have attempted to make her slightly more human the last few seasons. In fact, the big focus this season was on how far she's come, or "grown" so to speak. She is still super logical and often rude, but she occasionally gets jokes now and has even attempted to make a few of her own (and failed, but it is the thought that counts). She's also gotten lots closer with Booth, to the point where she actually told him (kinda) how she felt somewhere around mid-season, at which point he was very involved and in love with someone else so *he* ended up turning *her* down. I ramble about the whole season a bit in my LJ if you're the least bit curious, including the Baby Thing. She does seem more capable of raising a child now, but I'm still kind of... "Huh wha now?" about the whole thing. Before that, though, I really was enjoying the episode - Booth and Brennan on a bowling team and apparently deciding that "bowling" meant "80s" (he had a mullet wig! A really bad one at that) and Angela and Hodgins trying to solve a murder via lap at the hospital while she was in labor. It was entertaining.
