More Netflixery

I think I have some Xena fans on my flist/circle, so I turn to you all: Netflix has every season available on streaming. I sporadically watched and enjoyed the show back when it was in first-run, but don't remember which episodes were worthwhile. And I don't love it enough to wade through six seasons. ;) Which are the best episodes, in your opinion? I'm partial to comedy, Xena/Gabrielle subtext (or maintext!), and I remember really not being able to stand Joxer, if that makes a difference.

I've never watched Rizzoli and Isles, but their faces in that picture are killing me.

I really don't watch it either, because it's pretty terrible as a show, but I ship the hell out of Jane/Maura and so I keep up with spoilers so I can watch the especially subtexty episodes. And the really ridiculous ones, as this one will apparently be!

Oh, awesome! The Boy and I have talked about watching that - both of us picked up a few random episodes on first-run, but haven't seen a whole lot of it. ♥

I remember it being really entertaining! When I caught it, anyway, which was fairly infrequently. But gleeful anachronism and maintexty subtext is always fine by me. :D

Episode recs: Callisto, Remember Nothing, Here She Comes...Miss Amphipolis, Destiny/The Quest, A Day in the Life, The Price, Been There, Done That, One Against An Army, Ides of March & When Fates Collide.

I am excited for new Jane/Maura awesomeness, although somewhat disheartened at the new "love interests" for them. Then again, it will probably be incredibly subtexty anyway, and as long as it doesn't reach book-level suckitude, I'll keep watching.

If you want Jane/Maura fic recs, I can provide some awesome ones. There's a lot of terrible, terrible fic, but there's also a few that are really good.

I gave up on actually watching R&I, but I do like the fic. What are your favorites? I think I've probably read 75% of the readable fic out there, but may have missed something awesome!

Episode recs - Ten Little Warlords, Intimate Stranger, Xena Scrolls The Bitter Suite, Crusader (Joxer's in some of those but he's minor) - anything with Ares, Callisto or Caesar.
