Do you have the newest version of Firefox? Apparently it doesn't work in the old ones, because it uses CSS3, which the old ones don't support. (I have 7, and it worked in mine.)
It requires a webkit browser, so will also work in Safari - though I don't have that to check. So it does work in Firefox 7.01, as you indicated. (d'oh!) :)
It works in my Safari, although I rarely use it and have no idea what version I'm on. From what I've read, it sounds like only older versions of FF and any version of IE are left out in the cold.
