Okay, question for the British types (or anyone who uses the Metric system in the kitchen, actually). I see that recipes and directions on boxes of food and such over there come with measurements in grams, not cups, as I'm accustomed to. Are there little scales y'all use for measuring flour and such? Do you have big plastic measuring cups in various gram amounts instead of cup amounts? (Which would totally defeat the purpose of a measure of weight, not volume, wouldn't it? Well, I never said I was good at math.)

Am I on the edge of freaking out and making everything way more complicated than I need to? (Yes, [livejournal.com profile] rowdycamels, I'm taking Stark's advice about "Work now, freak later," but it's difficult...)

Here's a fun converter for converting... anything, really. May or may not be useful, but it's highly entertaining. (Wanna measure your speed in cubits per hour? Oh, but you can... muahahah!)
