Potential cooking dilemma
Sep. 23rd, 2004 10:52 amOkay, question for the British types (or anyone who uses the Metric system in the kitchen, actually). I see that recipes and directions on boxes of food and such over there come with measurements in grams, not cups, as I'm accustomed to. Are there little scales y'all use for measuring flour and such? Do you have big plastic measuring cups in various gram amounts instead of cup amounts? (Which would totally defeat the purpose of a measure of weight, not volume, wouldn't it? Well, I never said I was good at math.)
