icepixie | Excercise

Who needs a Stairmaster when one lives on the fourth floor? I've gotten to the stage where I can do all the flights at a very fast walk without getting out of breath. Go team me! This is with only a purse, BTW, not a backpack. We'll see what happens to that idea when I bring home half the library for various papers later in the semester.

In other news, PAIN! Pain that even heating pads and ibuprofen aren't doing a whole hell of a lot to combat!

Yay fourth floor people! I have the highest walk-up on my campus--Caples has more floors, but they ahve an elevator. A really creepy/old/haunted elevator, but still an elevator. ;)

We so don't need gyms. ;)
