icepixie | Excercise

Who needs a Stairmaster when one lives on the fourth floor? I've gotten to the stage where I can do all the flights at a very fast walk without getting out of breath. Go team me! This is with only a purse, BTW, not a backpack. We'll see what happens to that idea when I bring home half the library for various papers later in the semester.

In other news, PAIN! Pain that even heating pads and ibuprofen aren't doing a whole hell of a lot to combat!

*hugs, shares pain* I just wish I had a heating pad. My 'scripts work pretty well but I don't have anything stronger than tylenol. :-(
