I watched the latest Bones after hearing good things, and...wow. I didn't think anything would make me actually want to write my pedagogy paper. Huh.

Castle has officially out-Bonesed Bones. Please don't cancel it, ABC!

Good for Castle, bad for Bones. They're both starting from similar concepts, but Castle is already doing better with it than Bones ever did.

I really need to find time to watch some Castle.

You should! It's not amazing or anything, but it's been consistently funny and has some good characters. The Castle/Beckett interaction comes from the same comic noir roots that Maddie and David's on Moonlighting did.

I also saw a few days ago that you can vote on the future of a pile of shows at USA Today's survey, if you're so inclined.
