Music and one more Castle thing
Oct. 27th, 2009 10:12 pmThose of you whom I have incompletely addicted to Hem, this fine retailer is having a sale on all their albums today--each is $5. You can't go wrong with a price like that. Go forth and buy them!

One more thing I wanted to say about this week's Castle:
alethialia and others have already mentioned this, but I thought I would chime in as well. This is show is so awesomely not faily. This week they had a victim who was bisexual, polyamorous, and a member of a vampire subculture, and no one batted an eye. There was no sniggering about one or all of these things (well, okay, maybe a little about the vampire thing, but not in a way that felt offensive) like you would get on Certain Other Crime Shows I Won't Name, But I'm Sure You Know To Which I Refer. *coughBonescough*
Add to the continuing awesomeness in regards to all the female characters, and...this show is just so wonderful. I watch it, and I have a smile plastered on my face for the rest of the day. I would like to textually render my love for it, but I don't know that I can.

Do you know if this is for a download or a CD?
I kind of think it's a CD, but I'm not sure. I just saw an announcement about it on this fansite, and thought I would pass it along.
Did you find out the other reference?
Nathan updated on his Twitter--it's a catalyzer from the ship. Someone posted a picture here.

Date: 2009-10-28 09:00 pm (UTC)I don't remember FF well enough to recognize Dark Horse as reference, but I think it's an actual comic company, since apparently Frank Miller's a real guy.
Man, that catalyzer is something you barely even see, much less recognize!
I would definitely never have noticed it.
