Today, another participatory bout of fannish navel-gazing!

I don't participate in the annual Remix challenge, because as I've said, challenges and fests and whatnot--anything with a deadline--make fic, which I write for fun, feel too much like work. (I like a big wall of separation between the two, okay?) However, that doesn't mean I don't sometimes wonder which one of my fics someone might remix, and if so, what they might do with it.

So, flist, which would you pick? If you also respond with a link to your fic (or post this in your journal), then I'll tell you which of yours I'd remix and how.

I'd be deeply, deeply tempted by Making Magic; that looks to me to just beg for Jack to one-up Sam's revelation with one of his own -- which gets him out of having Sam erase his memory. And I can think of a way to do it without making Jack a wizard....

Ooooh. That sounds really awesome. I'd read it if you wrote it!

For yours, I think I'll have to go with the SG-1 fic--I'd try and get them all into a situation in which qualities from their costume alter egos would be necessary--so Jack would have to MacGuyver something, Sam would need to use knowledge of world history/geography (and possibly figure out a way to actually steal the Eiffel Tower), Daniel and Janet would have to do...something Star Warsy, Teal'c would have to throw the rocks (which I suppose isn't really Charlie Brown's style, but hey)...
